Tech's new recruiting plan

Apparently the new stategy at Tech is to lure prospective Miami recruits by hiring Joe to live the thug life in the dirty.... The only thing missing was an assault rifle being found in the car.

Update: GT changes mind...Thug life not allowed on North Ave... No need to worry about a sudden increase of skill players with shady backgrounds.
